Under the leadership of a new talented, gutsy governor, who recently called the President of the Republic, the "luckiest bitch around", the provincial government has all the popular reasons to spend a generous amount for this year's celebration. Majestic Mount Magayon and her trails of destruction now relegate to the background as Albayanons emerge from disasters to celebrate beauty and life---for the living.
